Rubber Hydrophilic Swellable Bentonite Waterstop
A thick sectioned, hydro-expansive waterstop for preventing water entry through joints in concrete sub-structures.The swellable polymer/ butyl rubber waterstop strip expands in contact with water, and when fully encapsulated by poured concrete, will form a seal against concrete faces.
The seal resists hydrostatic pressure, stopping water from entering sub-structures. Developed to provide higher performance than conventional bentonite or swellable rubber waterstops.
PN Unvulcanization Waterstop
PN unvulcanization waterstop is a kind of water swelling waterstop. It is also called putty type waterstop. PN unvulcanization waterstop is new type of building waterproof material that is made of polymer, inorganic water swelling materials, rubber and additives being extrusion by machine without vulcanization process. This kind waterstop will produce 2-3 times the expansion deformation after soaking. So it can fill the construction joints to prevent leakage thoroughly. And its hydrophilic swelling has not lost after repeated long-term expansion. Our products use non-toxic and pollution-free materials. It will do not harm to people and environment. Properties of PN Unvulcanization
PZ Waterstop
PZ waterstop is a new type hydrophilic watertight product manufactured of quality vulcanized rubber and other additives, which make it expansible with physical properties of rubber.
Features:
* High watertight properties - once exposed to water, PZ waterstop will expand one up to five times to fill all irregular surfaces, holes and spacing of surrounding concrete. Meanwhile, if the construction joints are displaced which will result in oversized gaps beyond elastic range of waterstops, traditional waterstop will lose its effect of water-proofing, but our PZ waterstop still performs great by continual swelling.

Instructions for Application:
On smooth surfaces, it should be fastened between internal and external reinforcement, with 4-5 nails or joint mastic per meter.
On rough surfaces; ± 3 mm. width is pressed strongly into the paste, in addition to the mastic, it should be attached with 4-5 nails per meter.
It can be applied in F type (straight) and S type (curved) pipe transitions. To ensure complete sealing, all of the profiles must be in contact with the joint surface.
Profile ends should be added to complement each other. The ends of the tape should be centered with each other to ensure uniformity at the joint. The measure of tape should be the same as the joint length to be applied.
Avoid application under heavy rain.
When applied around pipe inlets and outlets, the tape should be covered with an epoxy based product. Since EKASWELL will expand and swell with water, it cannot hold on to other applications other than epoxy.
